Continuity and stability for SISU Schools remain unchanged
Lahti, Finland, 21.1.2026 – Fennomena Education Group has acquired Lumo Education’s ownership stake in SISU Schools®. The transaction is a strategic step that strengthens long-term development and continuity for SISU Schools.
Importantly, the ownership change will not cause any changes to SISU Schools’ operations, services, or day-to-day activities. SISU Schools will continue to serve its partner schools and communities exactly as before.
The same individuals responsible for SISU Schools within Lumo Education will continue in their roles under Fennomena Education Group, ensuring uninterrupted leadership, expertise, and support. Schools can expect full continuity in cooperation, communications, and services.
